We never stop moving.
Often, we ignore everyday aches and pains because it’s easy… at first. Every day that we continue to shut our warning lights off, we inch closer to breaking down.
My goal is always to keep my clients functioning with as little pain as possible.
Every massage is tailored to what your body needs. There is no upcharge for hot stones, cold stones, gua sha, or cupping because there’s no way of knowing what will work best for you until you’re on the table.
No Pain Too Small
Pain is processed in many ways, sometimes, we forget that the “tolerable” amount is none.
With therapeutic and medical massage, there is almost no pain that is forever.
While most therapeutic and medical massage is not relaxing to receive, the tranquility of reduced pain and tension, and increased range of motion and circulation eases our daily struggle
